They say that our hair is our crowning glory. Isn’t it attractive if our hair glimmers naturally? As we aged, hair loss takes place. When you brush so much of your hair, you destroy much of its healthy stems, so don’t ever believe what they told you in many showd and infomercials on how brushing can improve the shine of hair. You can massage your hair with natural oils coming from coconut, almond, castor, amla or olive oil. If you have them ready massage to scalp and help the other hair roots gets refreshed and gets stimulated. Aloe Vera contains the enzymes needed for your scalp to promote a healthy growth of hairs that is why they are used heavily by shampoo companies. You can use Aloe Vera directly on your own as nature’s natural product, by applying it to your scalp after you break the leaves and get its juice. You can still use the leaves as a medicine to take. You just have boil it and use its tea like juice after a meal and enjoy its nutrients.

Another great shampoo that came from nature to help you with hair loss is coconut milk. You can mix it up and use it as a conditioner with your ordinary shampoo. Also curd helps well with hair regrowth and prevents hair loss. People used it with black pepper.
